Toddler Teacher
Ms. Mel Samara graduated from Auburn Highschool and continued her education at Cayuga Community College and Wells College where she pursued a degree in Chemistry. As a young mother she provided daycare in her home where she found a love and passion for working with children. She decided to pursue that passion in 2019 when she applied to be a preschool teacher at Spring Street Community Care and started taking classes towards a Child Development Associates for Early Childhood. Ms. Mel has been our lead toddler teacher since Fall of 2020. Ms. Mel’s creativity and energy can be seen all over the classroom through the children’s art work and pictures.
